Categories

In OWL/RDF, “categories” (taking Gist's lead here) flip the usual script — instead of modeling them as classes, they’re treated as individuals. This lets you apply OWL vocabulary directly to enrich and describe them as focal entities. In this video, I explain how this approach works, why it’s used, and what it means for ontology design.
