What is Artificial Intelligence? (I bet you don't know, either.)

This is a channel about ontology, philosophy, and artificial intelligence. So, I should be able to define AI cleanly, right? Well, this is embarrassing...I don't have a good definition for AI. In this video, I offer four potential definitions that I don't like. I'll dive into those in more depth in the future. The bulk of the video is explaining why it matters that we don't have a clear definition. To summarize:

1. Clarity Matters

2. "AI" is ubiquitous.

3. "AI" is used to drive governmental policies.

4. We should be wary of self-interested gatekeepers.

5. Unreflective use of AI may lead to the next AI Winter.
